Nirelli's Auto Service & Collision

Andy, Guy, Nelson, Sal and the rest of the crew at Nirelli's are angels sent from the heavens above! I’ve been going to their shop for over ten years now. They’ve serviced three of my cars that I have owned. I won’t go anywhere else for any work, even an oil change. I use to live down the street on main and best, now I live outside of Buffalo. People give me crap for going to them just for an oil change, they’ve never done me wrong! They’ve never told me my car needs more work when it really doesn’t how those pop up oil car shops do when you go for an oil change. Their pricing is beyond fair, and their work is top tier! I highly highly recommend to go to them for any of their car troubles. Quick story, my current car had an issue even the dealership where I bought it from couldn’t figure out. Sal diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes flat. Let’s just say I called my dealership and kindly insulted their staff! Nirelli’s is the best. I wish them nothing but many more decades of success! I’d give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could!🫡

Nelson and Guy really helped this dad out of a big jamb. Sons car broke down on the highway near Nirelli's. Son was on the way home for the Christmas break from college. Buffalo is a 4 1/2 hour drive from our hometown near Detroit. Car was promptly diagnosed and ultimately was beyond repair for a blown head gasket. They allowed us to leave the car there for a week until my son could get his personal items from it. Also worked it out to help us get rid of the car. These guys are fantastic. Best in Class. Thank you Nelson!! Thank you Guy!! You guys are the best and I greatly appreciate all that you did for us. Happy Holidays and wish you a great New Year!!

This feels like the only honest mechanic in town sometimes. They're always very reasonable with price, and they tell you the difference between what you have to do to get your car running and what the "nice to have" are. I'm on my third car since I started coming here and can't imagine going anywhere else, especially as a woman. I've had a lot of mechanics in this town try to upcharge me, and Nirellis is never one of them!

Took my 2012 Toyota in recently for service on the wiper motor. Nelson and his team confirmed the issue and replaced the assembly quickly and at a very reasonable cost. They proactively checked a few other things that I’ve been too busy to pay attention to myself including the cabin air filter and inspection. They cleared all work prior to taking action and stuck to their estimate. It’s refreshing to have an old school auto shop like Nirelli’s in the neighborhood that provides quality service and excellent attention to detail. One huge bonus is their honesty. I took my car in previously for brake work based on another shop’s recommendation, but Nelson checked it out and showed me that it would have been unnecessary at the time. How refreshing to have a shop that won’t take advantage of you and do unnecessary work! I will gladly continue to support them in the future.

A good friend of mine recommended Nirelli's after my dealership quoted $1500-$1600 for the work I needed done (brakes and rotors). I decided to give them a shot, and now I will be a repeat customer. Everyone was super friendly and professional. In addition, I was not taken advantage of, even though I know next to nothing about car repairs. The price I received was less than my original quote, my brakes work beautifully, and they are no longer making weird sounds. I am comfortable with them, and I know my car is in good hands. Plus, it is a local family business. Try them out. You will not be disappointed!
